This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect through the Website, email, phone, and in-person events listed on the Website. It does not apply to third-party websites, services, or applications linked from the Website (such as embedded maps). Those parties maintain their own privacy policies.
We do not knowingly collect personal information for commercial purposes unrelated to operating and improving our screen-free lifestyle content and related communications.

In the preceding 12 months we collected the categories of personal information listed in Section 3 for the business purposes in Section 4. We disclose categories to service providers as described in Section 5. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising without consent.
Shine the Light: California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about disclosure of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

We will verify your identity before fulfilling a request by matching information you provide with information we already maintain. We may request additional verification for sensitive requests. You may submit up to two access requests within a 12-month period free of charge. If we deny a request, we will explain the reason and provide appeal instructions where required.
9. Nevada Residents
Nevada residents may opt out of the sale of covered information under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A. We do not sell covered information as defined by Nevada law. To submit a verified opt-out request, contact us using the details in Section 8.3.
10. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including:

Our family-oriented program content may be read by parents on behalf of children. Parents should supervise children's Internet use and contact us before submitting any information about a minor.
12. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals. Because there is no uniform industry standard for responding to DNT signals, we do not currently respond to them. We do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of sharing for targeted advertising where required by applicable state law.
13. International Visitors
If you access the Website from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. For visitors from the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, we process personal data under GDPR legal bases including consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) and legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
